Who issues the Destiny Mastercard?
The Destiny Mastercard is issued by The Bank of Missouri, Member FDIC, and serviced by Concora Credit Inc.
Who can apply for the Destiny Mastercard?
Anyone who is interested in establishing or rebuilding their credit can apply for the Destiny Mastercard. To be approved, you must:
- Must be at least 18 years old, have a valid social security number, physical address, and a US IP address.
- Not have had a Destiny Mastercard Account that charged off due to delinquency.
- Meet additional credit qualification criteria, including a review of your income and your debt, and identity verification requirements.
Why should I apply for the Destiny Mastercard?
The Destiny Mastercard is an unsecured credit card. Your account history is reported to all three major credit bureaus and gives you the chance to establish a consistent payment record while enjoying the convenience of a credit card.
What if I have limited credit/bad credit/no credit?
The Destiny Mastercard is a perfect card for those with imperfect credit. All credit histories will be considered, even with a prior bankruptcy! Apply Now.

Can I apply over the phone?
There is not an apply-by-phone option at this time. Please complete the online application form to get started. Customer service assistance is available at 1-800-583-5698 (from 6:00am to 6:00pm, Pacific Time, M-F).
Will I definitely be approved?
Although the credit criteria are designed to help many people who are credit challenged, there is no guarantee of your approval. Your application will be reviewed closely to determine whether you meet the qualifications for the Destiny Mastercard.
When will I receive my card?
In most cases, your new card will arrive within 14 business days of being approved.
What if I don't receive my card within 14 business days?
If you do not receive your card within 14 days after being approved, please contact the Lost/Stolen Department immediately at 1-800-314-6340.
Can I open more than one account
You may only open one Destiny Mastercard account at this time.
Can I transfer a balance to my new Destiny Mastercard?
At this time we do not offer a balance transfer option.
Using Your Destiny Mastercard
What are the Mastercard Benefits?
The Mastercard Benefits are an additional benefit of the Destiny Mastercard included at no additional charge. These benefits include:
- Mastercard ID Theft Protection™ - Provides thorough identity monitoring covering your social security number, email addresses, debit cards, credit cards, bank accounts, usernames and passwords for web logins, and much more.
- Zero Liability protection - When you use your Mastercard, have peace of mind knowing that you are not held responsible for unauthorized transactions.

Why was my credit card declined when I tried to use it for a foreign transaction?
For security reasons, foreign transactions may be declined if you do not notify us before using your credit card outside of the U.S. Please call us at 1-800-583-5698 to set a travel alert before you attempt to use your credit card internationally.
Will my Destiny Mastercard offer fraud protection?
If your card is lost or stolen, please call 1-800-304-3096 right away. If your card is lost or stolen and used without your permission, you may not be responsible for those charges.
Can I use my Destiny Mastercard to get a cash advance?
Yes, subject to credit approval, you can use your Destiny Mastercard for cash advances at many financial institutions. Please read your Cardholder Agreement (included with your new card upon approval) for more information on cash advances. Once approved, you may call and request a personal identification number (PIN) to be sent to you in the mail; your PIN allows you to securely access cash at many ATMs.
Can I manage my new Destiny Mastercard account online?
Absolutely! Once you are approved and receive your new credit card, you can create a login and password on our secure site, www.mydestinycard.com. Your online account allows you to manage your account and easily pay your bill.
Chip Card
What is a chip card?
A chip card is a credit card embedded with a microchip that when used at chip-enabled terminals will provide enhanced security and additional protection from counterfeit fraud.
How does the chip provide enhanced security?
The microchip creates a unique single-use code to validate the transaction when used at chip enabled registers – helping to protect your card from unauthorized use.
Is the chip card easy to use?
Yes! At chip enabled terminals, simply insert the chip end of your card into the slot, follow the instructions on the screen and remove your card when the transaction is complete!
What if there is no chip enabled terminal at the retailer?
Simply swipe your card’s magnetic stripe in the slot provided.
